You will need the following;
- One cup of warm filtered water.
- 1 Tbsp Dead Sea Salt.
- 1 Tbsp Aloe Vera gel or Spray.
- 1 tsp Epsom Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt.
- 5-10 drops of Beachy blend Essential oil.
- 1 Tbsp Organic fractionated Coconut Oil.
- 1 Tsp Argan Oil.
- A glass spray bottle or recycle one.
Instructions;
- Heat filtered water in a small pan on the stove, almost to boiling. It needs to be hot enough to dissolve the salts.
- Add in all other ingredients and stir.
- Once cooled, pour it into a glass spray bottle. You may need a funnel if you don’t have a pan with a lip.
- Voila! Spray on damp or dry hair and scrunch!
Use this Spray sparingly; it contains natural, beneficial ingredients, but sea salt can dry if you overdo it, so follow up with an excellent natural moisturizing conditioner after washing it out. This Spray will be good to go for at least 1 to 2 months. Store in a cool, dark place or refrigerate.
