- 1 cup of Organic Rice
- 2 cups of Water.
- 1 TBSP Raw Honey
- 1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- The Peel Of One Orange
- 2-3 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil
- 2-3 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil

- Cook as per the instructions on the packet until the rice is soft, almost mushy in texture.
- Take off the heat, and leave to cool.
- Cover the pot, and leave the rice to ferment for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, put the rice in the fridge and leave until you are ready for the next step.
- Remove the rice from the fridge, and stir thoroughly to break up any clumps.
- Remove the orange peel.
- Add one cup of Water and heat the rice on the stove until you get a pureed gel-like consistency.
- Turn off the heat, cover, and let the rice cool.
- Blend the mixture until you get a creamy consistency.
- Stain through a nut milk bag or a stocking.
- Add the raw honey and extra virgin olive oil, and reblend the mixture.
- Pour into a container, and stir in the essential oils [optional]
