Add one or two tablespoons of the Kerala Thali powder and mix with a small amount of liquid to make a paste. This could be tea, rosewater, apple cider vinegar, or distilled water. Mix it well to form a smooth paste, and then add it to a thicker ingredient, like plain yogurt, coconut cream, or a store-bought natural conditioner, to create a hair mask.

Apply this mixture throughout the hair and scalp. Leave it on the hair for 30 to one hour before washing it out with a gentle natural shampoo.

You can store the powder mixture in a sealed glass jar for up to a year, though you will probably use it before. Don’t worry about being exact with the measurements of the ingredients; the main thing is to experiment with different natural ingredients on your hair that are known for their growth properties.

Have fun with it, and try using this hair pack once a week for the best results!
