Best Way To Use Salt Body Scrubs.

  1. Use a salt scrub in a bath or shower. Wash your body in soap first, and then proceed with the scrub.
  2. Use a spoon to remove one to two tablespoons of the scrub and put it in a separate small bowl to take to the bathing area. This stops water or your hands from contaminating the rest of the mixture.
  3. In circular movements, scrub the salt mixture over the roughest patches of skin, knees, feet, elbows, etc; the remaining scrub can be gently massaged into the rest of the body.
  4. Rinse off in warm water, and apply a gentle natural moisturizer while the skin is damp.
  5. Salt scrubs can be used on the face or the hair. Mix only a teaspoon into cleansers or shampoos for the easiest apply method.

Salt scrubs are incredibly beneficial for removing dull, dry skin and contain soothing, healing properties. Use them once or twice weekly, depending on your skin type and living conditions.
